If you face writer's block, the video might help- it explains how do you can overcome it
The video might sound a bit boring, monotonous. I wished it could be done in the powerpoint form especially when we would like to fast track everything. I hope the author can consider the suggestion.
Hey mates, share the video if you think you can help others.

Some interesting quotes I picked up from the book:
People love those who are like themselves- Aristotle
Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forward- Soren Kierkegaard
The more you use your brain, the more brain you will have to use - George A. Dorsey
Knowledge is not skill. Knowledge plus 10,000 times is skill- Shinichi Suzuki
To achieve great things, two things are needed: a plan, and not quite enough time- Leonard Bernstein.

Learn how to progress slowly but steadily
In the past, I used to make goals which were too big and not measurable. I thought I can finish them on them but unfortunately it turned out to be not. Recently, I start to break my goals to be a smaller and measurable target. For example, instead of aiming to finish writing the whole chapter within a week, I break my goals into small targets like writing a small section of the chapter every day. At the end of the week, all my small target can be achieved because it is more practical and reasonable.
